A new photo of Effie, Haymitch and Katniss has emerged from the depths of Lionsgate! Effie’s face is a bit out of focus but outfit is certainly over the top! It would appear that they are watching Capitol tv or something and Peeta’s leg is to the right of the frame. However good it is to seem some new shots of the movie, this one is just weird to me. I can’t pinpoint it, but there is just something to clean cut about the image… What do you guys think?
